도전  나? 그럼에도 도전해본다. 가끔 나도 누군가의 요리책을 뒤적이지 않던가.그런데 재료에 대해서는 그다지 얽매이지 않는다. 그렇게 하면 주방에 서있는 시간이 일처럼 느껴지기 때문이다. 즐거움이 떠나면 음식이 맛이 없어진다. 그래서 전처럼 식탁에 올릴 반찬 가짓수에 미안해하지 않는다. 신선하게 준비한 메인이 하나만 있으면 되는 거다. 풋풋한 채소.   Challenge  Me?
