대한민국 「헌법」 공포를 기념하는 국경일로 이 날은 자유민주주의를 기본으로 한 헌법의 제정 및 공포를 온 국민이 경축하고, 가정에 국기를 게양하며 이 날의 뜻을 높이고 있습니다.

It is a national holiday to commemorate the promulgation of 「the constitution」 of the Republic of Korea, and the whole nation celebrates the enactment and promulgation of the Constitution based on liberal democracy, hoisting the national flag at home, and raising the will of the day.
