사람들은 자신이 지금 어디에 있는지

어디를 향해 가고 있는지도 모를 정도로

바쁘게 살고 있습니다.

 

하지만 인생은 경주가 아니라

한 걸음 한 걸음 음미하는 여행입니다.

 

어제는 역사이고

내일은 미스테리이며

오늘은 선물입니다.

 

그렇기에 우리는 현재를 선물이라고 부르는 것입니다.
