자존감은 처음부터 낮은 게 아니라 주변으로부터 낮아지게 되어 있다.

나와 어울리지 않는 사람을 억지로 껴안고 있다거나 나를 버려가며 그런 사람을 곁에 있기 시작할 때부터 자존감이 낮아지기 시작한다.
