아들을 군 입대 시키고 나면 대한민국 군인은 다 내 아들이다.
외아들을 군 입대 시킨 후 겨울 어느 날 점심시간에, 군부대를 지나 가다가 한 보초병을 만났다.
어찌나 반갑든지 나도 모르게 군인을 보고 아들아, 춥지? 내가 대신 서서 지킬 테니 가서 점심 먹고 따뜻한 물이라도 먹고 오라 했더니, 그 청년이, 어머니 조금만 있으면 교대병이 옵니다.
꼭 우리 어머니와 같은 말씀을 하십니다. 라고 하며 감사하다는 인사를 한 후 꿋꿋하게 서 있다.
All soldiers are my sons
After I enlist my son in the military, all Korean soldiers are my sons.
